To help us process requests efficiently, please use one of the options below. Some permits may require supporting documents (site plan, contractor details, proof of ownership, or photographs).
In person
Bring completed forms to the Village Office at 824 Cayuga Street, Hannibal, NY 13074 during office hours.
By email
Email completed forms and attachments to villageclerk@hannibalny.org. If files are large, please ask about alternate delivery options.
By post
Mail forms to: Village of Hannibal, 824 Cayuga Street, Hannibal, NY 13074. Please allow additional time for delivery.
